Cross River Rail Delivery Authority (as the Project Owner), the Department of Transport and Main Roads, Queensland Rail (QR) and the Non-Owner Participants (NOP) have collaboratively developed of a new dedicated Lead Integrator to lead and support the integration challenges related to the Cross River Rail project.
A key focus of the Lead Integrator is solving complex challenges during the integration of new and existing systems whilst addressing critical areas such as Systems Assurance, System Design, Operational Readiness and Reliability & Performance. This focus aims to ensure successful integration of the CRR project into QR’s SEQ rail network.
Delta undertook the role of Commercial Advisor and Project Manager for the Lead Integrator. The role included the production of the Lead Integrator Scope for contractual amendments required for the RIS Alliance and the Significant Procurement Plan for resourcing the Lead Integrator.
