The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority is delivering three new rail stations on the Gold Coast Line to connect Southeast Queensland’s growing population. Greenfield Stations will be constructed at Pimpama, Hope Island and Merrimac on the existing rail line.

Significant changes to the contracting market and commercial positions have required innovative approaches to address contractor participation levels and rejection of traditional risk allocation positions. Based on initial market responses and subsequent comprehensive market engagement, single early contractor procurement processes have been established, including demonstrations of value-for-money throughout the process.
